Answers:

1) Father is 40 years old and son  is 20 years old.
How?
- Suppose the age of father is = x years
-Suppose the age of the son is = y years
According to the situation of the problem:

 (i)                          x=2y
  (ii)               x - 10 = 3 (y-10)
  (iii)               x- 10 = 3y - 30

Substitute the value of x from equation No. (i) in equation No. (ii) remember, x=2y

               2y - 10 = 3y - 30
20 = y there for son is 20 years old.
   x = 2y
    x  = 2 x20
x= 40 ther for father is 40 years old.

2) 10 days

Time taken by 10 men to dig 20 holes
      = 40 days.
Time taken by 10 men to dig 1 hole
    =           40     days
                 20      holes
Time taken by 1 man to dig 1 hole

  =          40 x 10    days
                   20       holes
Time taken by 1 man to dig 20 holes
 =         40 x 10 x 10   days
                     20           holes
Time taken by 20 men to dig 10 holes
 =       40 x 10 x 10   days
                20 x 20     holes
= 10 days.

3)  Answer :390 minutes

to lose 4 seconds train has to run
  = 1 minute
To lose 1 minute train has to run
= 15 minutes
To lose 26  minute train has to run
 = 26 x 15 minutes

= 390 minutes

KWENTONG hintayan ....:)

Most of the the time I find hard time to wait...
ang hiiiirrrapppp maghintay lalo na pag di mo alam kung kailan matatapos ang pag hihintay mo unless gawan  mo ng aksyon ang hinihintay mo habang naghihintay ka...
nakasakay ako ng jeep and asking on my mind," Lord bat antagal po....antagal po...huhu..."

Lesson learned...
TRUST on GOD's timing....=)

Ecclesiastes 3New International Version (NIV)

A Time for Everything

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
when I was riding in jeep (a filipino transportation) I saw three young boys sitting near the driver.
each boy holds banana...The most cheerful one calls for passenger and at the same time calling the driver a "boss". That was made us smile, the cheerful one seems he is giving decent service to all of the passenger. the other one compliments with the cheerful one, but not as cheerful as the first boy. they talked after the jeep was being fully loaded... as I looked on them I just can't stop asking on my mind, "where're their parents?". Then I lastly saw the third one, he is silent, he is holding sapaguita  necklace, he is different from the two. his two brows meets together and seems he is thinking deeply..." I really wonder Where's their parents... before the jeep reached the destination, the first one shouted gracefully:) "para boss! Salamat po". they all go down the jeep, all of us in remained in the jeep watched them crossing the road until they gone...
just shared my little experience.....
